SWITCHING TO SUMMER MODE

The hollyhocks are taking off.  They are so beautiful!  We lucked out with four different colors.  Glad we cleaned them up around the bases last week as they are doing much better now.

Weeding and Transplanting Marigolds
Today we pulled the walls of water off the tomatoes! We also put up the big cages in a show of optimism for summer.  Transplanted some marigolds and put in an hour of weeding.

    You caught me hula ho-ing to avoid wedding planning stuff. It's amazing what I'll do to avoid it...

    The garden and orchard looked great when we were up (they always do though!)! Can't wait to see them next time we are in the area.
