| First Daffodils! |
I used to be so envious of my friends who lived in Bishop when they'd boast of spring flowers in February and March while Mammoth was enduring feet of snow.... Have I mentioned lately how happy we are to be living down here? Last night we came home from work to see that the first daffodils had bloomed! It looks like we'll have more soon! We also have some tulips growing in the front bed!
It was so lovely yesterday evening, still warm and calm, that I sat outside on the deck to read but couldn't because of the incredibly distracting sunset happening. What a nice way to end a long week of work and start my "weekend."
