FRESH LETTUCE!

Garden beds #1 & 2 looking pretty good!

We went out with headlamps tonight after work to check on our covered beds.  They look pretty good!  We harvested some yummy fresh lettuce for our turkey burgers tonight (with home grown tomatoes) and had some grilled zucchini as well.  We will be very sad when we finish the last of the tomatoes and our "root cellar" is empty... but hopefully we will have more things planted by then!

Lettuces are yummy and chard (background) still holding on!

Lots of deer tracks and poop surrounding the veggie garden.  Hopefully they won't make the leap and get in...
