BACK TO WORK!

Today we returned to work and we missed being in the garden!   I got an urge to make a stuffed zucchini for dinner so we harvested some Swiss chard and carrots and defrosted some Pig-the-pig Italian sausage (a 4-H pig raised by my nieces and nephews on the Palchak Ranch in Davis) and whipped up a stuffed zucchini for dinner (for 20).  This gardening thing is fun!
