MORE FARM TO TABLE!

The flowers are going crazy right now.  Spring is amazing here!
Jim is great at staying on top of thinning the things I've planted.  A few days ago he got after the radishes and arugula while I was out of town.  He saved these and used them as tasty additions to sandwiches and salads!

Today I harvested a bunch of Swiss chard to cook into a pie with some of our butternut squash from our "root cellar" from the Fall harvest!
