Harvesting onions in the rain
Jim harvested all of the onions the other day and left them out on top of that raised bed to dry... this is what we have been doing when we harvest them and it seems to work well. This morning we awoke to a threat of rain. Before we could get out to the garden it started raining with some purpose. So we got to harvest/rescue the onions in gortex!! They are now in the garage drying and look great! We dried out okay as well.
